An unlimited number of group lessons is included in the membership fee. You pre-book group lessons in the booking calendar. The lessons can be booked five days in advance, and remember to familiarize yourself with the booking rules before you book lessons.
Spinning is stationary indoor cycling that provides a good training effect for everyone - regardless of shape. Spinning is gentle on the joints, and the risk of injury is therefore low. You decide both the intensity and the resistance on the wheel yourself. All spinning classes are held in our own spinning hall.
