Squash

Squash is an indoor racket sport usually played by two players on an indoor court. For equipment, you need a standardized racket and a small, hollow, rubber ball. Squash is considered a very physically demanding sport that helps to improve endurance, agility, physical fitness and body control.

SiS sports centre has 2 courts available during opening hours. If you want to be guaranteed a course, it must be booked in advance. You do this as a member of our app (SiS sports centre). If you are not a member, you can book via the reception on 474 85 979. If you are over 18, you can bring a child/young person with you from the year they turn 10. Squash on weekdays before 08:00 is free for members.
