Drop-in sessions can be a way to receive advice and guidance to help you move forward if you're feeling a bit stuck but don't think you need ongoing support. We discuss what you need, so it's helpful to think about what you want to get out of the conversation beforehand. You can choose the date and time that suits you and select from the available counselors. This service is only for a single session, and there are limited hours available each week. Do you know that you need more than one session? In that case, you should consider applying for our short-term counseling program instead.
