Les merIn this Christmas special, we are visited by Anti-Doping Norway with advisor Kristoffer Lie Loftheim. As one of Norway's largest student centers with a large membership, we want to inform about Anti-Doping Norway's excellent work on preventing doping both in gyms and in elite sports. SiS sports center is proud to be a "Clean Center," and we discuss why and the importance of this work together with Anti-Doping Norway. In the episode, we also touch on different forms of doping, why people dope themselves, and the differences between doping in gyms and doping in elite sports. After an impressive 17 years as a firefighter in a male-dominated industry, Gunn made a bold decision to quit her job and start her own coaching firm. Les merIn this episode, we are joined by none other than the Secretary General of the Norwegian Trekking Association, Dag Terje Klarp Solvang. He talks about the trekking association and how closely "a good foundation – better experiences" aligns with their vision. She gives you an exclusive insight into what it's like to juggle life as a mother of young children and a busy politician who has taken on the role of an active dancer with five hours of dance training a day.
