You can choose not to have an assessment interview
If you know which topic you want and don't want in a conversation, you can send an email to samtaletilbud@minsis.no to be sent a code that enables you to use Assisted self-help on your own. Do not write anything sensitive in the email.
Before starting the programme, we recommend that you register for a drop-in session with one of our practitioners. During this session we can establish a plan for you working with the programme. You may also plan a follow-up by phone six weeks later. You will then be asked how you feel things are going so far. 4-6 weeks later, you will have a final interview, where we will look together at how the effect of Assisted self-help has been for you.
