Welcome to The Club – we’re opening the doors now!

Monday, August 18 is the day!

The Club is our newest group class concept – a completely upgraded version of the old Sal 1. We’ve renovated the room to create a unique training environment with dark surroundings, lights, music, and high energy. We’ve brought together the best elements from previous classes like Construction Box and running sessions, and developed five new formats that combine running, strength, and interval training. This is group training taken to a whole new level.

Vi feirer åpningen av The Club med noe ekstra digg! Etter flere av gruppetimene deler vi ut sponsede godsaker – både bakst og noe forfriskende å drikke. I tillegg har vi fine goodiebags, og litt ekstra under premieutdelingene. Bli med på en treningsopplevelse utenom det vanlige – og få en smakfull avslutning etterpå!
