With us, you’ll find far more than a traditional weights room. With four unique self-training zones, you can vary your workout based on goals, training style, and how you feel that day. Whether you prefer modern machine training, heavy strength training, free weights, or high-intensity functional training, we have an area that suits you. Explore Strength Room 1 and 2 with a wide range of strength and cardio equipment, challenge yourself in The Rack – our dedicated free weight zone – or let loose in the Functional Fitness zone with rig, sleds, kettlebells, the Booty Builder series, and everything you need for varied and explosive training. Together, these zones make up one of Norway’s most complete training facilities, with modern amenities, plenty of space, and training options for everyone – from beginners to experienced athletes.
